Who processes your data

What data and why
When you complete the contact form, we collect your name, the name of your facility, your role, your email address, your telephone number if you provide it, your country and postal code if you provide them, the subject of your enquiry and the message you write.
We add technical information about the origin of your visit: the page you wrote from, the language of the site and, where applicable, the campaign or search engine that brought you. This tells us which communication channels are useful; it is not used to profile you.
What we do not ask for
No health data. The form covers only an equipment project and your professional contact details. Please do not describe a clinical situation, a patient or a procedure in it.
Legal basis
Processing rests on our legitimate interest in answering a commercial enquiry you send us, and on steps preliminary to entering into a contract where your enquiry leads there.
Who has access
Your enquiry is recorded in our internal enquiry tracking system, then passed by email to the colleague who will reply to you. There are two processors:
- OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France, hosts the website;
- Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, provides the services that receive, record and notify your enquiry.
No data is sold or passed on for advertising purposes.
How long
For the duration of the commercial relationship, then three years from the last contact, reviewed annually.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of its processing, and you may object to its processing. Write to dpo@passman.fr: we reply within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies and calls no third-party service on load. The film is served from this site, not from an external platform.
Only two items are kept in your browser:
hive_consent, in local storage, keeps your choice about measurement. It is necessary for the banner to work;hive_first_source, a ninety-day cookie, retains the origin of your first visit, so that we know which channel brought you if you write to us later. It contains neither your name nor your address.
Measurement loads only after your consent, and refusal is the default.
